Hello to all

PostAuthor: triggerhoppy » Wed Oct 02, 2013 16:52

Hello to all members and thank you for allowing me onto the forum. I have been keeping cichlids for approx 2 years now and I find them much more interesting and colourful than all the tropical variety. I am still trying to identify the different types and doing my best to learn the latin names.
If I happen to ask a stupid question, please bear with me.

Chris

As Ray has said the only stupid question is the one you don't ask :good:

Thanks for all the welcomes. I'm looking forward to learning a whole lot more about cichlids.
I have a 4ft Rena bow front with a filstar xp2 filter. At the moment there are approx 30 fish.
They are mainly juveniles, but a few adults.
Some I know, but not all.
I'll post pictures when I get my camera back from my step daughter. (Could be a while.)

Lol,

You might need to up the filtration as the fish get bigger
