Re: PM Problem

I'm having a similar problem with PM's, it's telling me i have 1 message but i can't see any as i have deleted them all, and my folder is 100% full.

It also says i have 38 private mesages currently on holder because of full folder, it won't let me release them.

I am also still viewing in the old forum version same as Jim was, i have tried to clear my cache but no change.

Any advice?

I've have the same problem.
I can only receive one message at a time and have to delete that once I've read it before I can release the next one on hold.

All seems ok now.

I have received 3 messages and can view them all without having to delete any.
Also I now see this "Folder is 0% full (3 from 1400 messages stored)".
